Shipping Policy


Free Shipping promotion or $8 Flat rate is only valid for shipping addresses in the domestic United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.  This promotion applies to 49 of 62 states in the United States.  For a complete list of excluded states, please see below under Exclusions.

This is for ground or standard/ground shipping only and excludes expedited options.  The majority of orders will ship via USPS, unless otherwise indicated.

This is generally 4 days transit time* after production. Once you receive your tracking number, you can follow up with that to see where your package is.

When there are faster shipping options, they will be displayed at checkout.

The following US states are excluded from free shipping and/or $8 flat rate;  Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces: Americas/Europe/Pacific, French Southern Territories, Heard Island And Mcdonald Islands, South Georgia And The South Sandwich Islands .  If a shipping rate will not calculate at checkout, it is most likely a place we don't currently ship to. For the 13 of 62 states(and exclusions listed above), outside the Domestic US, shipping and any applicable handling charges may be determined by the weight of your order, box size and the shipping zip code zone. Charges are calculated before taxes.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  If you would like for your country/province/state/area to be considered, please send us an email <3

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping In Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

From time to time, there may be a production delay which is out of our control.  If this occurs, this may affect the overall shipping/delivery.  We will always communicate any delays to the customer and do our best to find an alternative solution if possible.


Goddess Swag is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.  We cannot guarantee that shipping address update request will be processed.  If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address. 

Order undeliverable

If an item does not reach you, is returned to Goddess Swag by the carrier and reported undeliverable, Goddess Swag will do our best to communicate with you to get corrected information and re-ship the item, but additional shipping fees may apply. If items are damaged by the time they are returned by the carrier to Goddess Swag and reported undeliverable, Goddess Swag will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please don't hesitate to email us at if issues arise and we'll do our best to help.

Lost Package

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS or UPS.  If the package is marked "delivered" and you have not received it, please email us at and we will do our best to help track it down and file a claim with the carrier.  We are unable to refund product and/or shipping costs once the item(s) have shipped, however we will do our best to help locate the missing package.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Goddess Swag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  


We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
